How to Use Keyboard Light for showing different network Activity

Introduction:-


                          There are three LED light on your keyboard as you can see from the figure off these three, two lights are rarely used one of these light is used for numlock and other is used for scroll lock  so these can be used for showing other activites happening on your system like for showing the network activity i.e., download and upload happening from and to your computer.
so for that we will be using a software named Network Lights which is freeware software available free off cost and can be download from here.


How to use Network Lights Software?
        Using Network Lights is very simple you just need to run it, then it will start showing incoming packet i.e., download activity on the numlock LED and outgoing activity that is upload on ScrollLock LED.

How to Change Network Lights Setting?
         To change this setting i.e., if you want to switch or set each LED to show activity you want then you need to go to Setting by right clicking Network Lights softwares icon on system tray and then pressing Settings like you see in the figure.

Now a window will appear where you can select LED for both Incoming and outgoing packet activity that is download and upload activity. as shown in below figure.

How To Setup Outlook to Send Fake Email Spam.

Introduction:-
Sending Fake Email through cmd(telnet) is not different from Sending fake email from outlook because here also we are sending Email using telnet. but here one thing has changed that thing is here we are using gui(graphical user interface) which is easy to interact then cui( command user interface). Now to setup outlook to send fake email follow the steps:-

1. Start outlook express from the start menu you can also start it from all program
   
   
   
   NOTE:-Don't use Microsoft Office outlook
   
   
   
2. Now After it opens go to Tools > Accounts which will bring a window as shown below.
   
3. In here click Add followed by Mail which will bring an internet connection wizard.
4. In here fill the form as follow:-
   
   
   • fill your Name.
   • Came from field of your fake Email.
   • Mail Server: POP3
     Incoming Mail Server: '-' //without quotes
     Outgoing Mail Server: See the note
     
     
     NOTE:-
     
     
     1. For Sending Email to Gmail id set outgoing mail server to either
        alt1.gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com OR
        alt2.gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com OR
        alt3.gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com OR
        alt4.gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com
     2. For Sending Email to yahoo id set outgoing mail server to either
        a.mx.mail.yahoo.com OR
        b.mx.mail.yahoo.com OR
        c.mx.mail.yahoo.com OR
        d.mx.mail.yahoo.com
     3. Use comments for knowing outgoing mail server of other email server.
     
     
     
   • Click YES for continue anyway.
   • Now fill
     username:- '-' //without quotes
     password:- '-' //without quotes
   • Click Finish.
   
   
   
5. Now you are done setting up fake Email account for sending Fake Email.

How to SetUp Remote Assistance to get Help

Introduction:-
Remote Assistance is an inbuilt software that can be used to get help from a remote administrator or friend regarding computer software problem and even you can help your friend regarding any problem using it. this feature/software is included into windows xp and later version of microsoft windows and is primarily used by a novice(user) for consulting regarding any problem with computer to expert

Steps:-
1) Start remote assistance bye going through the link

Start > All Program > Remote Assistance.

2) Now click "invite someone to help you" link As shown in the picture.


3) by doing this you will get a screen having three option/ways to do remote assistance.

1. using windows messenger(easiest).
2. using email.
3. save invitation as file(similar to 2nd method)

1. Using windows messenger

• Sign in windows messenger using hotmail, passport email id if you do not have one create one from here.
• Now goto options
  

actions > ask for remote assistance.

• Now select one of your friend for remote assistance(make the Expert your friend for remote assistance if he/she is not in your friend list).
  
• Set time limit and password and give this password to the expert.
• expert is now prompt for password on entering a conformation message is displayed on the user computer.
  
• You are now connected.

2. Save invitation as file And Using email
   

• Set time limit and password for security.
• Save it to the desktop.
• Send this file to the expert through email or using any email client having send file functionality like gtalk, yahoo messenger or using any portable media like pendrive.
• Open this file on the experts computer and type the password that user has set.
• Now user will be promted that the expert is trying to connect to your computer, so press ok
• You are now connected.

Note:- because today most of the person do not have static ip so you will not be able to do remote assistance directly. for that you can use hamachi, more information on hamachi is available here

Remote Desktop For Computer Having Dynamic ip

1. Using hamachi:-

Introduction:-
The Reason which stop you from connecting to remote computer using dynamic ip is that your isp provide you two ip one which is inside the Lan and other outside the lan this is that ip which change every time you On your computer or restart connection( so because of that conflict you can do remote connection with computer). so one way of doing remote connection would be by joining same lan(then we don't need to go outside the lan) and then connecting to the computer. therefore for this we use hamachi(software) which you can download from here.

Steps:-
1. As soon as downloading gets over install it into your computer in the process of installing it will ask you for
a) Your name
b) Network to join(you can create a network)
c) password of network(give password for that network)
here you can consider network as one lan and to join any network you must know password because you want to connect to your friends computer so tell your friend to join the network that you have created.
2. once hamachi is installed look at system tray you will found here a three green dots in traingular form (appeared) click on it.
3. then you will get a window as shown.

the ip shown on the above part of this window is your ip address and similarly your friend will get different one. after you both join the group you both will be listed into your network. hence now you can use these ip address for remote connection.

2. Using Ammyy Admin
Introduction:-
other way of remote connection is using other software.
there are so many software on the web that can be used for remote connection. but most of them are so complecated that we first have to read about them on net before we use it. so to sovle this problem i have found one software which is very easy to use and operate. named ammy admin it is a free software.

Steps to use it for remote connection are as follow:-
1. downoad it from here.
2. start by double clicking.
3. a window will open ask your friend for it your id and write it into your windows box and click connect and that' it.
4. Now enjoy remote connection.

How To Setup Remote Desktop Connection In Windows Xp Vista

Introduction:-
This software is used for establishing remote connection b/w to computer on the internet i.e., we can remotely control one computer from other. This is a microsoft product which comes in xp and later version of windows and for person having previous version of windows(like 98, 95) then they can download it from here.

How To Use it!!(Steps):-

1. First step would be to check which version of windows are you using if it is xp or later then it is fine but if have previous version of windows then download remote desktop connection from above mentioned site.

2. Now you have to remove all the restriction for remote desktop(follow steps to remove restriction):-

1. right click on my computer >> properties >>remote(tab) here check the box saying "allow user to connect remotely to this computer".
2. go to control panel >>windows firewall >>Exceptions(tab) here check box ahead of "remote desktop".

3. Once you have removed all restriction open remote desktop connection by going to

"Start>> All Programs>> Accessories>> Communication>> remote desktop connection"

by going this you will get a window similar to shown below.

4. Now in the box type(in window the appeared) the ip address of your friends computer and then click connect.
NOTE:-ip address can be found by typing ipconfig in his\her cmd(command prompt)

5. Now you will be prompted for user name and passward, ask your friend for his/her username and password of the computer login screen. fill it and enjoy remote connection(if password is not set then tell your friend set it otherwise you will not be able to connnect to her/his computer)

NOTE:-Before doing all of that you first must know, the computer you are connecting to has static ip or not, if not then you will not be able to do remote connection.(ask isp(internet service provider) for this)

How to use Netmeeting For Audio Video Conferencing?

Introduction:-
Netmeeting is a program available on your computer(windows) that lets you communicate with other people. Among other things, you can show someone else what is on your computer, and you can see what is on their's. With a telephone, it works great to ask and answer questions about your computer, it provide following functionality used because of the fact that newer version support whiteboarding, application sharing, desktop sharing, remote desktop sharing (RDS) and file transfer.

Q) How to configure/start Netmeeting?

Or

How to call person using Netmeeting?

• to configure & starting your netmeeting type conf in run.
  

• Now you will be prompted for name, email address, and some other thing so fill it.(it is not required that you should fill exact thing).
  

• Now you will be asked for the connection type.(select accordingly).
  

• Now after you have configured your netmeeting you should remove firewall from netmeeting by going to windows firewall in control panel-->exception tab here check netmeeting option.
  

• Afterward you will get a screen like shown. type there the ip address of the computer(in the box selected)to which u want to to video conferencing, share remote.
  

• That's it now you can talk to person on the other side using microphone.

Q) How to use Remote Desktop using netmeeting?

• press the botton in netmeeting as shown.

• Now a new window will appear as shown press remote desktop icon and then press share tab.
  

• Now the person on the other side can access your computer remotely in your presence(remote desktop utility of window can only allow single person at a time to see desktop.

Note:- Firewall Setting.
Before establishing remote desktop connection you should see some firewall settings.

• go to windows firewall then exception tab there check remote desktop.

• now to to advanced tab here uncheck your lan through which u r connecting.
  

• go to my computer property then remote tab here "allow remote desktop" must be checked

How to Chat in netmeeting?

For that just press the botton shown in first windows and then start typing in the box.

How to use WhiteBoard?
For using While board just press the botton as shown ahead to the question in first image and now u and the person on the other side can create image or anything simultaneously.

How to transfer file in netmeeting?
1) firstly press the button as shown just above then u will get a window as shown below.

2) then press the button 1 in the above and put the location of file u want to transfer.
3) now press button 2 in the above picture ( to send file).
4) That's it.
NOTE: Netmeeting when you have different lan ip and real ip.
now a days because of the shortage of ip address most of the internet service provider(isp) provide different lan and real ip.
real ip:-the ip through which u are connect to the internet.
lan ip:- the ip through which u are connect to your lan.
due to which we could not connect our computer using netmeeting. but there is a solution for that and that is hamachi
this is a software from logmein which is used for chat and file browsing perpose it is providing us static and real ip for the chat and file sharing and hence we are using the ip provided by hamachi for netmeeting.
