Steps:-

1. Go to Blogger.com
   
2. Login with google/gmail Account or Create an account.
   
   
3. After Login On your DashBoard Click Create a Blog.
   
   
   
4. Now Choose Your Blog title(theme of your blog) and url(eg imtarun.blogspot.com) and fill verification code using image and then click continue.
   
   
5. Now Select one of the theme/template(Look of your blog) among them and then click Continue.

6. Now Click Start Blogging Link.
